非常不友好並且不人性化，因為前一天爬七姐妹山不下心扭傷了腳，不能按計劃出行，提前和酒店電話溝通告知要聯繫代理商，提供了買葯證明和租輪椅證明給代理商，證明上都有日期顯示，但是酒店都不同意部分退款，代理反饋是酒店負責審核的人不同意，希望該負責人永遠別生病也別有意外發生.

Lovely stay in a idillic spot opposite the Cathedral, the room was perfect.
The staff were really friendly and food we had for dinner was spot on, as was breakfast.
