The hotel is right in the centre of Wimborne. I can't think of a single other reason why you would stay here. The rooms were possibly quite 'modern' in about 1956 since when every expense has been spared. It really needs puling down and rebuilding for the 21st century.

Do not go here. Abusive manager who does not serve you and when you leave comes out and follows you asking why you have not ordered anything .I am boycotting here and other establishments run by Greebe King

We stayed for 2 nights as our Daughter was getting married. All the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay special. Letting us book most of the hotel for family and friends, booking a large table for dining so over 30 of us could eat together, delivering breakfast to the bride party on the day and also chauffeuring some of the bridal party to the venue. What more could we ask for! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had an amazing stay at the Hotel. Trefor(Manger), Zoe and Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their friendliness really made me feel at home. Highly recommend!

Trefor, Laura and all the staff at The Kings Head Wimborne deserve a massive pat on the back. We recently had our wedding at Deans Court in Wimborne and many of our guests including myself (Groom) stayed at the hotel… from the first point of enquiry right through until Check Out they couldn’t have done anymore. The rooms were perfect for all ages and party sizes, the food was great and the hotel even had entertainment on the night before our big day. The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend the best it could possibly be! We had the 5 star treatment and we will definitely be returning!

We were in Wimborne as a family and noticed the Kings Head, which looked lovely from the outside. There were 7 of us but we were seated immediately and made to feel very welcome. The staff were all lovely. The food was incredible!!! We had a lovely lunch and I couldn't recommend this place more!
