I can tolerate an uncomfortable bed (the bed was actually comfortable) and even a little dust, but having a shower that was cold all 3 days of my stay is unacceptable! We reported this Friday morning to the front desk and was told they would contact the manager. On Friday evening when we checked on status, they reported that the manager did not get back to them. We took another cold shower Saturday morning and reported the problem again and were told it should be taken care of by the end of the day. We talked to front desk Saturday night and was told "it was taken care of and just the thermostat needed adjusted". Sunday morning, we had the same exact cold shower. We're not talking lukewarm ... it was COLD WATER ONLY. We had hot water in the sink, but not in the shower. We think they were just giving us lip service each time we reported it. They did not even offer to switch us rooms This is minor in comparison to the cold water: They didn't even have a bar of soap for us to wash our hands. They handed up shampoo to use instead. The bed was comfortable, the place seemed pretty clean and it was fairly convenient to our event. We were here for the NHRA event, so I'm sure they were booked, but we feel this treatment warrants a report here to warn others to be prepared.
