Fab hotel 🏨 with Fabulous Staff,who go out of thier way to accommodate ur every need.I do not understand why people post negative comments about this hotel,takin pictures of any mark they may find in the room.This is a historical hotel that charges as little as £41 a nite for 2 people.These people who complain need to get a life ,stop taking pics of a fly on the wall,get a grip it's a bed to sleep in at the end of the day,if u want the Lowry then go n pay the Lowry Prices.This pool is also better than the RADDISON, next to the Airport, if ur goin on holiday it's ideal,or even if u are goin into Manchester the public transport, trains,buses,are easy to get too.The staff are amazing from the cleaners,barstaff right up to the Manager,bar and food prices are very reasonable,they accommodate families,pets etc.so please 🙏 stop complaint n enjoy ur holiday etc 5 🌟 all the way thanks to u all and I will definatley be back

The feedback from my friend was very bad. He just booked for less than 2 minutes and wanted to change it to the next day, but it was not allowed. Although the lady did confirm it again and again when booking, so I gave the lady a five-point praise, but this store is too high to give one point. I really can't give a lower score. Everyone should be cautious to avoid pitfalls.

We booked a family room, but when we got to the hotel, we were only given a king-size bed room. The two Indian guys at the front desk insisted that the system showed a king-size bed room, and said that all family rooms were already booked. We couldn't squeeze in a bed with our children. After communication failed, we had to negotiate with Ctrip, and they finally gave us an extra bed for free. The child didn't sleep comfortably, which was outrageous.

An older hotel that's rough around the edges but has a variety of facilities, friendly staff and is right by the airport. They gave me free parking as it was an off peak date which was a nice touch. Cleanliness around the tv/desk wasn't great with dust and residue from Food but the bed was spotless.

spent a night before catching a flight at Manchester airport in the morning. Pretty basic and old hotel but good if you just want to catch a flight as they have good parking facilities
