Great hotel with lovely staff - very helpful & friendly. Convenient for the airport at half the price of other ones a bit nearer. Clean, comfy, warm and accomodating with free car parking and a Hickory's adjacent. Thanks to Jolanta and Liz on reception.

Although there is no restaurant, the next door smokehouse is v good for evening meals but doesn't do breakfast until brunch at 11. Hotel is clean, comfortable and parking is free. We encountered v positive staff on reception

We arrived early and paid for early check in. We had a long flight at day break the next day and just wanted to relax and get ready for the flight. This hotel was perfect for that. Very clean, safe and the staff was very helpful.

Hotel was tired and in places dirty. The noise from the pub next door was awful and went on into the early hours with staff playing football and shouting etc. Complained to guest relations to which they replied “it’s out of our hands!” Don’t waste your money and stay elsewhere!!

Good location to Manchester airport. Comfortable rooms, bed and pillows so nice. Very quiet Free parking Nice eatery next door for evening meals.

Hotel is ok, but there is now no restaurant associated with the Premier Inn any longer. The attached pub is now a Hickory's Smokehouse pub chain. This is something of a disaster if you are diabetic as even the fish dishes have a load if sugar in it! Also a real problem if you need an early breakfast as you can't get any on site, you need to drive into Wilmslow and even here your options for an early breakfast are limited to 7:30 earliest and only 2 options at that, one being a bakery! So now not a lot of difference, other than price between Premier Inn and Travelodge!

The bed is quite comfortable and soft, the pillows can be soft or less soft, there is a choice between the two.The toilet was nice and clean. The receptionist was nice and I walked past the room cleaners and they gave me a nice smile too. There is a restaurant next door with nice food. Very close to the airport only ten mins away.

The receptionist was very polite. The professional and efficient service allowed me to quickly get my room. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located, with parking available and a restaurant next door. My family and I were very satisfied. It was an excellent accommodation experience.

It was a great experience,I like the bed it was comfy and the pillows were soft. The toilets/shower was nice and clean. The receptionist and room cleaners smiled at me when I walk past them. Next door there was a restaurant the food was tasty! It was really easy to check out and in!
