This is a beautiful hotel. Updated and smart looking. It was clean. It had a good breakfast. Unfortunately, the reviews about the air conditioning are TRUE. It is loud! For a new hotel the air-conditioning should come on seamlessly not the case. There is clicking before it turns on then it runs really hard and loud. All 3 nights at the hotel were of interrupted sleep. We tried running the air con at a lower tempt so it wouldn't kick off, but then we would freeze. And the hotel pool is not open because it has not been made handicap accessible. Bummer.

For the little time I even spent in the room it was a huge letdown. I was only provided with 1 bath towel for 1 person staying in the room. Day 2 I was gone from About 7am - 9pm and no one had serviced my room while I was gone. At this point I was out of towels and washcloths and had to wait 25 minutes for them to be brought up. At midnight there was loud pounding and sounds as if furniture was being dragged in the room above me which even vibrated my room. I called and they said that person was probably just “getting settled in” as they had just checked in but they would call up. The noise continued and I called again to complain to no one answering. Finally a half an hour later it stopped. Not a hotel I would stay at again or recommend.
