Room was a bit small for a king size bed and there was a leak by the bathroom toilet so we were relocated to a different room. So despite the relocation nuisance we were compensated a free night stay and some Bonvoy Marriott points. Pool area was very clean and the water was a nice temperature. The one bartender was especially nice and all of the other service people were very polite and cordial.

Clean, modern rooms. Check in was efficient and the hotel is in a great central location. We had a problem with our TV and Thea in housekeeping persevered and solved the problem for us. Her attitude was so refreshing, you could tell she is passionate about her job and really cares.

Stayed at the hotel for our daughter’s wedding. Hotel was very nice and close to everything in downtown Wilmington. Staff was very helpful, especially the valet/concierge Mark. He was extremely friendly, very courteous, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care. Nice to have someone that cares rather than just retrieving our car. When I/we come back to Wilmington, we’ll plan on staying there, and know he’ll recognize us. 5 star experience.

A wonderful location and wonderful staff. We stayed last weekend and chose to use the valet out of convenience and it was a great decision. Chase handled our car and did a wonderful job. He was polite and very time efficient.

I came here for the first time from Richmond, VA to celebrate the Fourth of July and our experience has been nothing short of amazing so far! We did valet for the first time and Chase was amazing when it came to that. He handled our car with care and made sure to be timely to and from the parking deck. He helped us out by telling us about different restaurants, spots, and local attractions. We definitely plan on coming back!

We were visiting for a wedding. The stay was wonderful ... convenient to lots of downtown restaurants and shops. A couple of minor problems we had were quickly and professionally corrected by management. Special thanks to Renee Brown, the valet parking attendant! Awesome attitude and perfect service!! Looking forward to a return trip!
