This hotel is way past its prime! First when I arrived at midnight, the desk agent was no where to be found. When someone showed up, I was not even sure she worked there as it appeared she was using someone else’s log in information. The room was tired, the fan was noisy and dirty linen was scattered through the hallway. The bed was fine and the room was for the most part clean, just a tired building.

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Everything is extremely old, worn and broke. Comparing this place to newer Marriott Hotels it is completely unacceptable. The so called "King Suite" has a tiny bar fridge, an old microwave and a sink. Compare this to other Marriott Suites that have kitchens the size of one you'd find in a condo.

Our room was outdated, dirty, stains on the ceiling carpet, when I took out the spare blanket for the pullout bed it was actually so dirty. I felt gross after touching it. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The staff was very responsive to our requests and seem to be trying very hard.
