We had bed bugs in our room that we found in my daughter’s bed in the morning. Also, there was a wedding reception going on late into the night so it was very hard to go to sleep. Finally, the pool was warm but the air was freezing which made it impossible to swim as we were all shivering.

The front desk lady was wonderful! Checked us in quickly and was able to upgrade us to a poolside room. Having the restaurants in the building was very convenient as well.

This hotel served my purposes. It had a sitting area and frig and microwave. You had the ability to do whatever you needed to. There is an indoor pool that is surrounded by hotel rooms. It wasn't an issue for me, but it is unusual. They don't have room service while you are there. While I was there, it was very quiet. I would stay here again.

Musty Rooms
We have stayed at this hotel several times each time we stay there we have respiratory issues. The HVAC units smell musty. Considering the prices of the rooms in Willmar are as high are higher then Minneapolis but you have no choice because there is no other options on places to stay.
