For a room over €200 per night and rated 4 star, we expected the bathroom to have at least more than just a 3in1 shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work too until issue was brought up to reception, which only an additional set up instruction was given. Pillow was typical cheap with no support kinda German pillow. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room with adjoining balcony whereby cigarette smoke entered the room. Breakfast was good but staff were clearly not well trained. We like the complimentary waffles provided during our stay, but only when we step into restaurant and the staff asked if we’d like some. During check in, this info was communicated to the guest before us but not too us. Very inconsistent.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit Ferienwohnungen in Top-Lage, zentral im Ort gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich, den meine Frau und ich abwechselnd genutzt haben, weil wir unseren Hund dabei hatten, ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Da wir eine FEWO gebucht hatten und Selbstverpfleger waren, können wir zur Gastronomie nichts sagen.

ein super geführtes Hotel mit erstklassiger Küche und hohem niveau. Freundlich sauber hilfsbereit und kompetent. Ein Jahreswechsel ohne Knallerei dafür mit einer tollen Lasershow hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Das habe ich bereits ausführlich beschrieben, Hotelzimmer in der Dorfalm sind alter Standard, Teppichboden wurde wohl noch nie ausreichend gereinigt, die Geschäftsführerin neigt dazu den Gästen den wohl verdienten - teuer bezahlt Urlaub - komplett zu vermiesen.

Zimmer okay bis auf auf den fleckigen Teppich, Parkplatz, super Frühstück. Aber als Hausgäste der Dorf Alm nach dem Nachmittags Kaffee des Restaurants verwiesen, obwohl wir noch zu Abendessen wollten! Bei Beschwerde im GöbelsLandhotel hieß es, Restaurant sei verpachtet...

Die Chefin hat sich mit allen Gästen persönlich am Tisch unterhalten. Ihre persönliche Mitarbeit, ihr Engagement für ihr internationales Personal hat uns imponiert. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Küche und Sauberkeit haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Die Defizite im Wellnessbereich haben wir angesprochen. Es finden regelmäßige Anpassungen und Verbesserungen statt. Daher ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.
