Boekten een superior kamer maar dat was echt teveel gezegd. Geen airco, geen tafeltje op het balkon. Wel schoon en netjes verder. Eten was prima. Jammer dat de bar al om 19.00u sluit. Sauna netjes, jammer dat sommige mensen begrip stilte niet kennen

Fantastisch hotel, er schoon, goede bedden, fantastisch eten en vriendelijk personeel. In het weekend wel veel geluids overlast dronken van jongeren en vrijgezellenfeestjes. Dist schijnt een dingetje te zijn in Willingen. In de eerste instantie kreeg ik het gevoeld dat mijn klacht niet serieus werd genomen. Aangezien ik via TUI had geboekt heb ik de klacht telefonisch en per mail bij TUI neergelegd. Daar op kwam al snel een antwoord dat ze het hotel om een oplossing hadden gevraagd en binnen 24 uur reactie zouden geven. Wel werd er de tip gegeven dat ik op eigenkosten een ander hotel mocht boeken. Tijdens de vakantie niets meer van TUI vernomen. Wel is de manager van het hotel persoonlijk bij ons langs geweest en heeft zijn excuus aangeboden en aangegeven dat de groep jongeren niet langer welkom zijn in het hotel. De manager stond er op dat ik met mijn zoons de gehele avond gratis gebruik mochten maken van de Hotel bar. Goed op gepakt door het hotel! Niet door TUI die ik bij thuiskomst maar zelf heb gemaild. Ik ga dit hotel zeker weer bezoeken, maar niet meer via TUI. Dank aan het vriendelijke personeel!!!

Nettes Hotel, allerdings liegt der Fokus eher auf Party-Gästen und weniger auf Familien. Zimmer war super sauber und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet bleibt allerdings unter den Erwartungen zurück. Eher 3-Sterne-Business-08/15-Frühstück. Schade, dass das Hotel hier unter seinen Möglichkeiten zurückbleibt. Keine Highlights. 4 Sterne Hotels in Österreich und Bayern fahren hinsichtlich Regionalität, frischem Obst und Antipasti sowie Eierspeisen anders auf. Für knapp 250 Euro die Nacht waren wir da schon enttäuscht.

Das Hotel liegt ausgesprochen gut, ist sauber und modern gestaltet. Die Vorhänge im Zimmer sorgen leider nicht für Dunkelheit, daher ist man bei Sonnenaufgang wach, Frühstück ist gut, tolle Auswahl

Einen insgesamt sehr schönes Wochenende hat ein Barkeeper in der Disco massig beeinträchtigt. No nie wurde meiner Frau derart beleidigt! Auch wenn das lustig gemeint war....war es nicht! Es war unverschämt und beleidigend! Zumindest Ihre Disco sieht uns nie wieder!

Sehr angenehm. Manchmal ist mehr auch mehr. Sauna hätte man sich sparen können, es funktionieren nur 2 von 4. Und dann auch nur die kältesten.
