Very accommodating at the last minute, was able to achieve after hours check in without issue.
Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed plus more.

Staff at front desk lovely but everything else was disappointing. Totally needs money spent. Rooms are old and tired. The bed was uncomfortable and bathrooms really horrid. Sorry but this accommodation really needs serious renovation.

Staff were amazing and very helpful, apartment was clean and Beds were comfortable. Close to Woolies and few other restaurants, McDonalds and a servo right across the road.

From a 2-night stay at Quest in Williamstown in September 2024. My journey was for business purposes. It was close to facilities, easy to locate & the staff were really friendly. However, the outdoor spa was filthy & the bathroom upstairs of my room could have been cleaner.
