The ceiling of the bathroom was LITERALLY caving in. Dirty-used washcloth on the shower rod- mold in the shower. Hair in the sheets- washed, but hair was still there. The people above us yelled all night- well, til 4am. No one cared. Completely foul place. we went out for breakfast- wouldn’t eat anything if the cleanliness of the room was any indication of how they kept food.

It was a humble hotel, clean, quiet, breakfast basic but nice, coffee, selection of juices, pastries, cereal, yogurt and fruits. The Service staff are very friendly and nice.

Dirty smelly water fell from the ceiling onto my girlfriend's head. The outdoor pool had all kinds of stuff floating in it, and it was green. Very unsanitary.

Room was dirty. They did move us to a different one, which was slightly better. Hot tub was filthy. "Free breakfast" was a boiled egg, toast, & some cereal. Elevator was so old the sensor barely worked and almost smashed my kid. Rooms were humid and sticky. First one reeked of mold.

Booked a 3-night stay at a Wyndham hotel from July 31–Aug 3. Checked in at 4:00 PM but left by 7:10 PM due to unsanitary conditions, broken AC, and misleading photos that did not reflect the actual room. Did not stay overnight. I have photo/video proof and contacted Wyndham customer care. They offered reward points, but I am requesting a full refund as the service was not provided as advertised.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Days Inn in Historic Williamsburg. The location is perfect, being close to a variety of fantastic food options, making it easy to enjoy different cuisines during our visit. The hotel features beautiful pools, which were great for swimming and relaxing after a day of exploring. The property was spotlessly clean, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Williamsburg!

It was a horrible experience. The room was dirty, the toilet was not flushing, the shower was flooded, and there were awful cigarette smells. We did not move because it was the only available hotel for the 4th of July weekend; otherwise, it was not recommended.

Never again will I stay at this hotel I should’ve went to the days in up the road from this one ! Smh I will never stay here again even if it’s my last option ! I will sleep in my damn truck !!!
