Cedars of Williamsburg Bed & Breakfast

This place was awesome! It was in a perfect location, and my husband and I could walk everywhere in Williamsburg. We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. I would like to add that Alex was an exceptional host! I accidentally left my glasses at the Jamestown museum, and he drove there, picked them up, and mailed them back to me in California! I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in a convenient location, with a gracious host!

They were very nice and so close to Colonial Williamsburg, we walked there. Breakfast was wonderful both days. Coffee was ready and waiting

I think this is an absolutely amazing place to stay while in Williamsburg. We traveled as a family of 4… and it’s been a long time since we’ve stayed at a B&B, but we were so happy we got to experience this inn. It is super close to William & Mary. We were able to walk downtown in about 10 minutes, have lunch, see Colonial Williamsburg. The location is amazing. Particularly amazing if you have kids that are at the business school at W&M :) We originally reserved two rooms but the owner suggested that we have two connecting rooms. A great choice (although I would have probably preferred two bathrooms but that’s a minor point). The rooms are very simple and clean. It is very quiet too - we were expecting to hear our neighbors but honestly it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Alex, the owner, knew that our son was a picky eater so he made sure that there was at least something my son would eat. And he ate everything! In general, the owner was also super accommodating - we arrived before noon and he was already there.. and we were able to get our room even before lunch. One side comment - parking is a little tight but only marginally so. We have a large car and struggled to get in and out a bit - but managed it just fine in the end.

Alex and staff were wonderful and so hospitable! It’s been about 20 years that we stayed in B&B and would definitely come back to Cedars again. The location was awesome, the room very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious!!
