Wyndham Garden Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area

The facility and staff were top notch as usual. This is not my first time staying and it won’t be my last. Very convenient to Water Country and Busch Gardens along with Targets right across the street. 5/5

This hotel isn’t worth saving a few extra bucks. The charging dock for my Apple Watch burned my the charging cable and melted it to the desk, the AC unit sounded like it was dying each time it shut off and leaked on the floor, the maintenance crew started installing floor panels literally after 10pm at night. The floor was dirty and stained, sheets were sand paper, cracks in the wall of the shower and pool, the lobby for the elevators had a terrible smell. The staff couldn’t do much to reimburse at all. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to go elsewhere and enjoy your night’s sleep. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this hotel.

The location was ideal—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day. The concierge was also incredibly helpful with recommendations and directions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly enjoyable experience.

Checked in on Sunday night toilet bowl didn’t flush had to ask for a plunger to plunge it myself smh,the next day they sent a guy up to fix it and he did a great job,the breakfast was the same old thing everyday had to go out to capitol pancake house after the 2nd day of our stay smh,3rd night seemed to start getting better until my surprise I got up to use the bathroom and a huge cockaroach started crawling up the wall infront of me as I was peeing and freaked me out,pool side was a huge mess cause my wife and 3yr old almost got hurt just walking thru the pool side area do to the concrete being unleveled,if it wasn’t for the staff being so friendly and helpful and respectful to us I think we would of requested a credit card refund but as our week comes to an end I would recommend this place to friends and family and if in the area we would stay again because of the staff

The closest motel to Water Country and maybe Busch Gardens. It took only five minutes to get to both parks. Nice hot showers at the end of our days was the plus.we slept well in a cool room. We had enough hot breakfast each morning. But they could change it up a bit more.

This was not up to Wyndham standards. Cement surrounding pool was not textured so I saw many close calls with people slipping. Breakfast was not for human consumption it was awful ended up having to eat elsewhere toilet stopped working last night I was there in middle of night did not call front desk because being alone I did not want someone in my room. Carpets in halls so badly stained. I can’t believe the last night they charged 129.00 too much for quality of hotel. There was a panel outside which all old dirty mattresses were placed. Very disappointing will do better research next time.
