Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg

The accommodation boasts a delicious breakfast buffet and comfortable, quiet rooms. Its prime location near dining and shopping options is praised. Guests appreciate the friendly and professional staff, welcoming pets.

Check in the at the hotel was fairly efficient. The location was great, with plenty of food options within about a mile (an easy walk)
 The hotel was down to one elevator, but it was ok. 

The room was nice, and it had a view of the pool/gym complex. In fact the only issue I had with the room was the fact the toilet would occasionally continue to run after it was flushed. The beds were great, and very comfortable and so were the blankets and sheets. The pool was small, but it was very warm. The hot tub was very refreshing. The fitness center was as expected for a hotel gym The pool/fitness center was very humid, am not sure if it was because of the lack of A/C or something else. 
Ms Delphine and the rest of the breakfast team were amazing, having a fantastic spread everyday. 
The “hot counter” had a fantastic selection of pancakes, waffles, and French toast, on top of omelets. Would recommend staying here.

Have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns. This one was on the cheaply designed and poorly managed side. Bathroom walls and ceilings poorly repaired. I could see leaks on the ceiling and a wall issue poorly patched wallpaper. No bottled water in the fridge only offered on the day we were leaving. Had to ask cleaning staff for more toilet paper. No extra toilet paper roll in the bathroom. However geographically ideal location. Near many restaurants including Food for Thought. Fun place to eat. Colonial Williamsburg 6 min away. However would choose a different hotel of which there are many in the same general location next time out.
