Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg

Great place to stay. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. So many places to eat nearby. People at the desk were very nice and helpful. Could not hear any noise next door or above and was able to sleep good.

We were greeted by a wonderful front desk employee and upgraded to a two queen suite. The room looked as if it hadn't been maintained in a very long time. The carpet was dirty and thread bare, with duct tape holding the seems to the tile entry way. There was a large hole cut into the dry wall by the HVAC system with a dry wall plug closing the hole. Just placed there, not taped in or painted. The bathroom floor was filthy and the tub had dark stains in the bottom. We arrived exhausted and stayed the night; in the morning we contacted management. Once again the employees were cordial and listened to our issues. Upon meeting the head of housekeeping, and looking at what she had to work with, the reason for the room condition became clear. Although they never "threw down" the owner, it was evident the owner cared more about profit than customer satisfaction. We left and moved to a different hotel after seeing the condition of other rooms. Our complaint was handled to our satisfaction, but I would NOT recommend staying at this property.

Worry-free stay close to colonial williamsburg Pleasant hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Petfriendly and greta breakfast-choices.

We enjoy staying here while visiting family. Very clean, safe, and pet friendly.
