Very clean hotel from the lobby to the shower. Very attentive staff, comfortable beds not memory foam but decent. Indoor pool wasnt heated so don't expect to hop in during fall and winter.

I have resided in so many hotels in the US with the family but this hotel is the best among all including staff, service, and cleanliness. The staff will have the 5 stars. They are very friendly and very helpful specially Djalal, he is very polite and professional. I stayed for 3 days but whenever I come again I will reserve this hotel. We were family of 11 on three rooms, when we arrived he noticed that we are family and he changed our rooms to be all closer to each other. Was fun vacation. Thank you Holiday Inn express Hotel. A suggestion that could help elevate the standard more would be the breakfast. If the quality of food would be better than this it will be perfect too

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and every interaction easy and pleasant. The hotel was very clean, well-kept, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was exactly what we hoped for from a Holiday Inn—reliable, relaxing, and a great value. We’d definitely stay again!

another visit after such long time , good to see some staff from my last stay and it was nice they remembered me, exceptional team at the property, they upgraded my room to a nice suite, breakfast was as good as last stay, liked the new coffee better coffee, they keep the hotel in great and safe conditions , my favorite spot in Williamsburg, overall comfy and clean hotel in middle of all dinning options, will be back and Thank you
