Hotel is in need of some serious love. Not many options in Williams Lake, stay here if you can't get a room at the Best Western. Furniture is showing it's age, hotel rooms are dark and ours had a very musty smell. Even found a mouse trap in the bathroom under the very beat up looking counter. Breakfast was subpar at best. Hard boiled eggs were clearly from previous days breakfast, yokes had gone black. Time for some reno's as this does not meet the standards of previous Ramada or Wyndham properties I have stayed at.

Great location at entry to town. The hotel had everything we needed, high quality, decent value & price. 2 great restaurants. (Rooms could use better preemptive servicing - we had issues with heater and light.) King swuite had awesome view of lake and town.

Decent place for a night
Check in was very efficient and friendly. The hotel looked a little dated. The room needed a lamp between the two queen beds. The fridge needed a good wipe down inside. I have a hard time when i see hair in the sink that isnt mine... the beds were very comfortable and the room very quiet!

Good for a night
Nice place with a decent little pub on site but the hotel is showing its age. One of the bathroom lights were out. Some of the sealing route bath was dirty and very poorly applied. The Tap in the bathroom had to be held up to work. Bed was comfortable and the room was large.
