Sheridan House Inn- Adult Only Accommodation

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Sheridan House Inn, and it was magnificent. The accommodations are warm, cozy and plush, and it was the little details that truly made it stand out (like home made cookies upon arrival). Mark and Debbie, the owners, made our stay perfect by offering tips on local activities and suggestions for getting the most out of the town. And the meals - absolutely fantastic and indulgent! We not only highly recommend this inn but can’t wait return and experience it again.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary a year ago at The Sheridan House Inn and enjoyed our visit so much that we returned again this year to celebrate our anniversary. This place is so special! The rooms are beautiful. We have stayed in the Rosewood and Cedar Rooms. No detail was missed. The breakfasts are out of this world. So delicious. Many choices. They also serve dinner 4 nights a week. Five-star dining. Breakfast and dinner are served on a charming patio nestled in the trees. Hummingbirds provide wonderful entertainment. It is so peaceful and a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Debbie and Mark are the most gracious hosts. Mark is the chef extraordinaire. Debbie makes sure everything is perfect. We can't wait to visit again next year. You know that you have had a truly amazing experience when 2 weeks after your visit you can't stop thinking about being there.... J.D. and Sue

The whole property was in great condition. The hosts were amazing. They looked after everything. They helped us settle into our room and before we even started to unpack brought two glasses of wine to the room. We didn’t have dinner there, but I wish we would have. We had the breakfast and enjoyed everything on the porch with a wonderful view.

Great place highly recommended. The owners go out of their way to make sure you are treated very well. Cannot stress how good the experience was. Only caveat, have your car facing out at top of driveway to ensure easy access to the street.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to relax and enjoy delicious food then you need to stay at Sheridan House! The breakfast menu changes every day and they have both gluten free and vegan options too. They also offer dinner several times a week. We have stayed at many bnbs but nothing compares to Sheridan House. You will not be disappointed!

Very Special Oasis … Perfect in every way! The minute you are welcomed into this beautiful Sheridan House Inn there is a serene and peaceful sense that you are connected to the lush surroundings of trees and nature. The front porch, which is fully visible from the guest reception and main indoor dining room, also provides outdoor dining with tables and comfortable seating to enjoy the most delicious and creative breakfasts each morning, customized to each guest’s liking. My husband and I also chose to enjoy three of the most wonderful dinners prepared and served to us by Mark and Debbie on this delightful porch. Mark enjoys sharing his love for cooking and his presentation is on par with the finest restaurants. When not used for dining, this lovely porch is a perfect place to relax in the cool outdoor breeze and read a book or just sip a glass of wine. We chose to enjoy five nights in the Rosewood room which included a wonderful small private backyard with a relaxing spa. There was also a sofa, coffee table and a dining table for two which we enjoyed for relaxing, reading and an informal lunch. As you review the rooms available in this wonderful inn, you will find that each is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. Fine bed linens, comfortable seating for relaxing and a refreshment area which is readily replenished. Most rooms are bright and airy with ample windows. Our bathroom was huge with double sinks, a well-designed wonderful double shower, a make-up table and luggage racks. Debbie and Mark are the absolute best hosts. They have thought of everything for your comfort and enjoyment. Never intrusive when you prefer privacy. And always looking to please.
