The room description indicates that it was a Deluxe room 🥴 🤔
In the extensive description it has 30 square meters. ⚠️
Trip should not advertise this accommodation with the images it has, nor with such an inaccurate description, since it does not correspond to what was obtained
The assigned room was no more than 14 meters, the bathroom had humidity and the walls were peeling.
We do not need a red carpet, but we do need to know that we booked and decide whether we want it or not.
By publishing totally misleading photos and erroneous information, Trip is complicit in a scam.
The room is not bad if they make it clear that it is small, they give you toiletries and towels. It has a TV, refrigerator and microwave

It was a bit of a bummer to arrive at 9:00pm when check-in wasn't until 11:00pm and find that no one was at reception, that they didn't answer the phone number they put on the door and after asking around we found out that the same receptionist was in another hotel that she was also in charge of. It would have been so easy, instead of putting up a sign saying they were outside and a useless mobile phone, to have said that they were in the hotel next door because they also worked there. Comfortable beds, lights that only turn on one out of three... in short, one night and no more.

Now know as Motel 6! We checked in twice as had paid for an extra sized bed but given a standard. We were first told there were no bigger beds but after asking for a discount one became available!! The room was dated, bed sheets too small and upholstered furniture dirty and stained. There are two different WiFi domains, neither worked in our room and when we tried to download in reception we were reminded that they closed in a few minutes. Not helpful staff. Cheap and cheerful but you get what you pay for.

Now part of the Super 8. The WiFi didn’t work (and we were given the wrong code to start with) and they tried to palm us off with a cheaper room than we had paid for. We asked to be reinstated and was told no room was available. When we asked for a discount magically the right room was found. Such sharp practice! Dated and tired rooms. No coffee or even cups in the room.

Don’t stay here, go elsewhere.
This was an old decrepit motel in much need of attention. Didn’t even have the king nonsmoking room I had reserved. The woman and her son at the front desk were very nice. The town of Williams was adorable on Rt 66.
The bathroom had clumps of old hair in the corners and the room was very smelly of old cooking oil. The office staff gave me a can of room spray. There isn’t an ice machine either. You have to walk over to the adjoining motel for that!
I was told the owner is going to renovate. Maybe then it will be worthy to stay at. I Wish I could say something nice about this motel but I can’t.

Dirty, bed stains, bait and switch
Really dirty. I was preparred for no frills, but this place was bad. Considered leaving but stayed only for convenience. Questionable if sheets were washed. Shower was leaking and was evident it has been for months at least. Microwave didnt work and seemed to be from 30 years ago. Motel 6 acquired this place, sold it as if it was their advertised listing then slid in with an unbranded and very poor experience. Such deception with positive reviews, not sure ill ever trust motel 6 to stay again. I wish I had taken a photo to share as this sounds really bad and it really was.
