Short staffed, still remodeling pool area without informing customers until their arrival. Parking lot is a mess. Waste of time

I'm hear in Williston for work I'm a heavy equipment operator. But do to the weather we could not work for the day and check in time is not till 3 in the afternoon but they leet me check in ar 8:00 in the morning. The girls that work the desk are awesome they will go out of there way to help and to accommodate you.

The staff was great, location was great, and the price was great. However, I could not get passed the dingy carpet, the many stains throughout the room, and the fact that over half the lights did not work. I told my wife we would never skimp on hotels again after this experience. I think the whole building should be demolished and rebuilt to be honest. Maintenance has definitely not been kept up on and it severely needs a remodel at the very least. I feel bad for the people who work here. Maybe they could turn it around with some major funding.

Get what you pay for.
Stained carpets. Damaged walls. Floors in hallway filthy. Pool empty despite sign saying they had one. Breakfast included was a toaster a loaf of bread and some granola bars.

No tissue in bathroom. No drinking cups in room. Bathroom was dirty. Clean towels had dirt on them. TV didn't work. Air conditioner didn't work. Kids running up and down hall on the floor above me. Hallway carpets not cleaned the whole time I was there. Will not stay there ever again. Has really gone down in all areas.

The staff decided to just leave for the whole night. Keys don't work to rooms. Locked.out.of room all night. Phone numbers not answered.

They have no pool or hottub anymore which i not aware of till after i checked in and the gal dig great with changing me to a different room and upgraded to king.. the 1st room bedding was dirty and beer can in it. 2nd room curtains were gross
