Have stayed here for many years in our way back and forth to second home in Arizona. Always we have been pleased with the condition of the room. This visit was very disappointing. The room had not been cleaned there were dirty already used towels in the bathroom floor, trash had not been emptied, sink cracked, no shower gel in the shower on wall containers, ceiling fan off balance and make a noise so couldn’t use that. The bed was made up but pillows wrinkled so with condition of the bathroom we were unwilling to trust the bed was clean. Definitely the cleaning staff needs to be upgraded. We called the front desk lady she came and observed condition of the room. She was very apologetic and concerned. She did bring us fresh sheets and towels and offer to change room however, we had unpacked and we’re already in our pjs. Considering the price of the room we were also expected after a 12 hour drive to change sheets. The hotel has definitely deteriorated over the last few year and we will not be returning.

We stayed here for one night and we were put on the second floor, which was very taxing on us as we are elderly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The only suggestion I have is to let people know when they call for reservations that there is a second floor and no elevator, so if they are elderly they can ask for a bottom floor! I know that putting in an elevator probably isn’t cost effective for you, but have you ever thought about a dumb waiter of some sort?? Just an idea!
