This will be my last visit. Very thin walls which I can’t stand. Little tiny TV’s with only some channels that work. Bathroom wallpaper tearing off. The desk staff and manager we quite rude. It’s not in the greatest area of town as well. Stay away.

Obvious and unacceptable mold in a few different areas of the shower. Housekeeping had to have seen it yet they still rent the room out. Marriott's standard's have nosedived to where visible mold is now deemed acceptable. Management needs to tour the rooms more frequently and hopefully these issues get resolved before more guests decide to never stay there again.

This hotel is very outdated and you can only clean “old” so good. The rooms are also dated and they use some sort of air freshener to try and make it fresh. I asked several staff why they did not have any French Vanilla or Hazelnut creamer. They just said we don’t use it. I think this hotel may be the only Marriott that fires not offer flavored creamer. This hotel is right next to the days in and might as well just be sold to them. It’s more of a Day’s Inn style hotel anyways. I spoke to the staff and no one seemed to care. They should all go to take a look at the Residence Inn about a mile and see what the Marriott standard looks like. They all seem to be much to complacent.

The place was conveniently located and the beds were comfortable. The shower looked like it had seen better days and the curtain barely came to the top of the tub which made for a wet floor. The breakfast was provided and was very nice. Good stay but can’t quite give it the full 5 bubbles.

Excellent service staff wonderful esp Meta and Renee as well as the new general sales manager. Also a great stay and make you feel.like family! Great breakfasts and great housekeeping. Always a go to for travel to NEPA for accommodations!!

Front desk staff were amazing, they were very helpful and a lot of fun to deal with. Rooms are large, bathroom also large, modern. Bed was excellent.. would definitely stay here again

The front office manager was amazing. It was a long day for all of us and she welcomed us with open arms. She researched food options for us. It’s just amazing to be welcomed after a crappy long day

The room was clean and comfortable for a month stay for me. The staffs and General Manager Loise Anne made sure I have everything I need. Exceeded my expectations on the services. They are very attentive and try to solve any problem occurs. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you and keep up the great service!
