Cute two bedroom condo on the second floor in a beautifully restored 1937 original Wildwood home. One bedroom has two full beds, second bedroom two custom built in bunk beds. Tiled bathroom with a big shower. Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Street parking. The only shared backyard in Wildwood with big trees.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Strict quiet hours are 10pm-7am (2200-0700) Please rinse off sand from the beach before entering, shower is located in the backyard..No food in bedrooms please - This is an island, small critters like ants, are attracted to food left on surfaces for long periods of time.,Remove trash before leaving - Please place trash in trashcans on side of the unit upon leaving.
