We have stayed at these condos every year since they were built. We graduated from the three bedroom to the four bedroom. The unit 5002 has problems. The dishwasher stopped working after two days, there were only four mugs- for seven people, the can opener was cheap, and dangerous. There was no plug in the master bathroom sink. The water pressure in the toilet of the other bathroom was very low. There are so many groups of people in the hot tub and both pools nowadays, I think people are coming in from other hotels, there is no one checking on this. The furniture is beginning to look worn, the bedspreads look dirty, and all. the mattresses were very uncomfortable. We could not get clean kith towels or dish cloths.

Have been staying at the Aqua Beach for many many years and it has changed so much in the last few years. I encountered 2 female desk staff ( one is management (Y) !!!!) that were very rude. Joey at the desk is always a pleasure. The cleaning has become atrocious. They used to sweep the sand away on the porches every day. Not anymore. The toiletries are the cheapest and awful. They need to get new linens, our sheets were gray!!! Every day you get back from the beach and you never have enough towels, maybe no face clothes, missing kitchen towels etc. Mike DiAntonio, I know you aren’t over seeing Aqua Beach anymore, but you need to take a look at it. I talked with several long time customers and they all said the same thing, it has gone down hill from the Aqua Beach we loved. Your desk staff needs some attention and a course in customer satisfaction. Vacations aren’t for the drama I witnessed. Aqua offers nothing extra anymore, pool events, etc. The good old days are gone. I was quite disappointed this year……time to move on I guess.

We came for a weekend (Fri-sun) with another family. We got to the hotel a bit early (2:40pm) but our room was ready and they checked us in right away. Room was nice and cool upon entry and pleasantly clean. They give you soap/shampoo and lotion along with dish soap, sponge & kitchen towel which was really nice since those are usually the things you forget to pack. The pool was pretty crowded every day which is expected. The only downside is that the parking spaces are super tight-like you have to get your passengers out before you fully park. Other than that, a great stay was had. We would definitely return.

Second time staying at this property. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. It's Wildwood so beach is one heck of a hike but the boardwalk is not.....just one block to boardwalk and tram. Only complaints were had to pay for ice.....modern times who does that? and we did not complain while there so can't say it wasn't rectified.... room 312 the TV was too dark to see on certain channels. Did let them know at checkout so hopefully corrected. Hallways are definitely tight. None of this would stop us from staying again so please enjoy.

I will definitely stay again. We love how close the the boardwalk and the beach was. And my kids had a great time at the pool. It was family friendly environment. I totally recommend it. Thank you

Pros: Location is excellent. All staff were all great. Loved the rooftop and oceanfront views. The pool area was very clean. Cons: We stayed in a Largo room. The bed and pillows were awful. The hotel needs to invest in sufficient curtains/blinds that block view from outside the unit and also the light. The lobby and our room had a really bad dirty chlorine bucket water smell that never went away so if smells bother you, I would not recommend staying here.
