Coliseum Ocean Resort

New owners took over I been going there for over 30 years every year we go down about four car loads we went 4-5 rooms , Wally the old manager and Sally were so nice and accommodating, these new owners are not friendly nor accommodating at all, we had people smoking by the pool ,called the office they came walked right by the people smoking and said nothing ,,,, there a sign that reads no Smoking or bottles by the pool ,will there were people drinking beer from bottles ,nothing said or done ,,,,the tables in the kitchen we’re changed you can hardly put a pot on it that’s how small and there round , we stayed in a two double bed room ,so that accommodates 4 correct ,well there’s only two chais in the room and like I said you can’t even seat two people never mind a family with two small children , the beds are like sleeping on the floor so old soft used and very uncomfortable the PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS NOT WORT THE MONEY AT ALL !!! and the Parking spaces are so tight ,OUR NEW TRUCK WAS HIT WHEN SOMEONE OPED THERE CAR DOOR !!!! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY !its a shame they sold !!! after 30 years of enjoying this hotel ,,,it has come to an END Goodbye ,

Everything was excellent about this resort, only thing was beach had to many rocks it was hard to enjoy beach and food-dinning options lack variety. We had to walk to adjacent beach in other resort. Recommend resort fixing up beach as that is the reason most tourists visit.

Worth it It was a very good stay. The hotel is very simple but for the price it is worth it. It was clean when we arrived and the parking spots are ok. We thought that it was going to be really bad based on other reviews. It is right oj the beach and the swimming pool is nice

Great Location! Room so so! Would stay again!!! This hotel is really the best location! Away from the choas but close enough to drive to busy attractions and boardwalk. We always love the relaxing atmosphere 😌 room was a little disappointing but will be there again next year

tile in bedroom was dirty Staff was very friendly & helpful. Only complaint was the tile in the bedroom. Dirt was ground into the crevices of the tile so the floor was dirty. Would suggest mopping instead of just sweeping.
