Not quite as advertised
The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel.
We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained.
The food was ok but nothing to write home about, same menu for lunch and dinner and very overpriced - we found this out by driving down the road and finding an array of supermarkets selling items at normal UK prices.
The staff are friendly and they put a nice touch on for our anniversary dinner but I wouldn't recommend this conference centre as a couples hotel.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Besonders der freundliche Service, das geräumige Zimmer und das fabelhafte Essen bleiben in bester Erinnerung! Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden, da die komplette Familie (von Kind (6 Jahre) bis Opa) rundum zufrieden war.

Stimmt einfach alles in Stumps Alpenrose! Als wir das Hotel betraten, diesmal mit der ganzen Familie von 9 Personen, fühlten wir uns erneut wunderbar aufgehoben. Herr Stump mit seinem tollen Team haben uns zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit verwöhnt.

Wunderbares Erlebnis. Wahrscheinlich das beste Zimmer das ich je hatte, sehr hochwertig und stilvoll! Wellnessbereich sehr gut, mit kostenfreiem Whirlpool! Hervorragendes, verschiedenes Brot beim Frühstück. Direkt in den Bergen gelegen, mit Aussicht und absoluter Ruhe.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel. Zimmer ist tiptop, und hat ein Restaurant mit feinen Speisen. Wurden von jungem Kellner gut beraten. Leider hats keine Lounge oder Bar, auch keine Minibar im Zimmer, deshalb haben wir einen Drink aufs Zimmer bestellt. Stand ein Steller mit QR Code im Zimmer zum online bestellen. Das hat leider nicht geklappt, nach 30 Minuten haben wir mal nachgefragt und es hiess wir müssen besser an der Reception bestellen.... hmmm, dann soll das so geschrieben sein und nicht anders. 5.- für die Lieferung nach 40 Min. ist auch zuviel! Wellness war ok, aber Sprudelwanne hat immer desinfiziert, man wusste nicht ob reingehen oder nicht, war auch nirgends beschrieben, nur als wir an die Reception angerufen haben hiess es nicht in die Wann zu steigen wenn dieses Mini-Lämpli leuchtet, hat wohl niemand gecheckt. Bedenklich wenn man dann im Desinfektionsmittel badet! Auch da keine Reaktion auf unsere Mitteilung. Naja, alles in Allem etwas zu teuer mit wenig Kundenservice. Schade, Ort ist super schön und erholsam.

Tolles Hotel an super Lage. Sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, sehr sympathisches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service top! Das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch. Die Umgebung ist wohltuend und bietet viele Optionen zum wandern.
