Worst place i have ever stayed. The pub to start of with is far overpriced for Microwave food always short staffed because the lazy Manager is always sat in the office and never helps the team out. The pub is always dirty you can tell the manager never cares about the place. The accommodation is terrible. Dirty and smells like something has died in it. The park is a whole is honestly the worst caravan park i have ever stayed at. I would avoid this place like the plaque!!

Stayed here fr 5 days Monday to Friday, I was abit apprehensive when we were travelling there as it was the first week of the school holidays and I was expecting it to be quite busy with children but it was quite the opposite all week , very quite no noise no music it was peaceful ,the caravan was clean , tidy no issues , good shower , it has a pub on site which we ate at the first night, tbh the food is pricey fr what it is and we sent the pizza back because it was burnt underneath which the manager gladly refunded,it has a small swimming pool on site which you have to book we used it twice and a small shop at reception , I would recommend taking a fair bit of food wth you as the nearest ship is Settle a good 20 minute drive away and even that’s a small Coop, Skipton is 30 minutes away if you need a decent supermarket, Al in all a pleasant stay ,would I return, maybe

As a Family of five X2 Adults X3 Teens we have stayed at Boland Fell several times over the last three years. We love how quiet the park is and is always well maintained. Every Caravan we have stayed in has been very well cleaned and has always met with our expectation's. The last stay was a Gold + with decking which was lovely. Its on a new section of the park which continues to expand year on year. The grounds are very well kept and we always enjoy a stroll around the site. The Pub and Restaurant have expanded and whilst that's great, the beer and wine are of good offering but the food leaves a lot to be desired and as usual in the UK ridiculously overpriced. The small pool is ok, but could do with an update and the onsite shop could really do with some more and improved stock!!! The Staff have always been really pleasant and can not fault the service received. The Lady running the bar was a superstar who really could multitask! We will continue to return to Boland, its in a stunning location and we always come away feeling recharged and relaxed.

Amazing service from Jamie-Lee and the maintenance man Lee. Had a problem with a private booking and they both helped us amazingly! Both so helpful and happy to help! They are a credit to the team!!

Stayed here over a long weekend, caravan was clean and well appointed situated in Forest Beck which is a newer part of the site, beautiful setting a views of the countryside. There is a small shop on site that has all your essential needs and staff are friendly and helpful. The pub is also really nice and a great place for a drink, although the food service I experienced was woeful. Placed an order for breakfast then after 45 minutes waiting I was told that one of the items I had ordered from the menu wasn't available so I chose something else, after waiting 90 minutes in total it transpired that they had totally forgotten about my order so ended up going without and got a refund. You also have to bring your own towels and despite the size of the site there are only two washing machines in the laundry. Also, wi-fi in Forest Beck was non-existent although I understand it is fine in other areas of the park. There are lots of nice places to visit nearby but beware that although the distance may seem short to neighbouring towns and villages, it can take substantially longer due lots of narrow and winding country roads.

Been on site 5 years now, and this summer’s been the best yet. Big shout out to Ella in the office , always spot on and happy to help. Recently we were a chef down, so Lee from maintenance jumped in making pizzas – fair play to him, they were cracking. Lastly , Sales team have been grafting too with all the recent events. Proper team effort all round. Place is buzzing this year.

Stayed for a long weekend, upon arrival you could see the place was well maintained, grass and gardens all looked loved lovely, got checked in to caravan this was easy enough, found our caravan it was spotlessly clean, lovely modern decor, got sorted and went for a lovely long stroll there is plenty of long walks, passed the children’s play area which again was clean and tidy lots of families enjoying the sun, we ate in the restaurant and family bar a couple of times the bar was bog standard restaurant was lovely, the pool was a bit on the chilly side! I can’t complain about anything staff were all lovely a friendly/chatty girl Abbie/Abbey was really nice she said she hadn’t been working there to long when I asked about longer walks but she found some trails for us to follow, she made everyone feel welcome definitely a credit to the park! Will definitely be returning
