Service was good staff very friendly, unfortunately we were not made aware of the food deal , when I asked a member of staff I was informed that there was a poster with the information, unfortunately this poster was on the right hand side of the wall where you open the door to the accommodation which when the door is open you cannot see the poster.

Fabulous stay in wigan. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. Very friendly welcome and even though yiu automatically don't get a service ( which is explained) when I did request it was done very promptly. Rooms are clean and tidy and like the fact you can open a window. Brewers fayre was a nice little restaurant for my evening meal

Whilst the premier inn itself was fine, clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful this hotel is let down by the Brewers Fayre restaurant next door. The food in the evening was ok but the service was poor, the toilets were a horror story and the place has the atmosphere of a bus depot. As for breakfast I would recommend you give it a miss, the “hot” food was all literally stone cold served on cold plates and the bread was stale. Only one coffee machine meant long queues to get a drink. Well below the usual standard of a Premier inn breakfast and not Premier at all!

Fantastic hotel, service amazing, rooms are 10 out of 10, cleanliness is excellent. Just to name a few staff.. Will, Claire, Tracey, josh, Victoria, thank you to the staff for looking after me and for the excellent service. All of you go above and beyond and go the extra mile to ensure my stay is smooth. Comfortable stay. Very clean with a lovely bed. The highlight of the stay was Victoria the lady on the front desk. She greeted us with a genuine warm welcome, was exceedingly helpful and her face beamed for all to see. She is an asset to Premier Inns and was such a pleasant change from miserable disinterested staff one frequently encounters.

The staff really made this experience! friendly, attentive, happy and knowledgeable. The hotel was immaculately clean. Although every room was full, it was quiet. Excellent sleep! Good food and friendly service at Brewers Fare, right next door.

The dinner menu has improved a lot compared to recent visits. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff very attentive. The room was pleasant and clean. The person cleaning it remembered to do the things I asked for. The staff were very helpful with a missing toy after we had left.

All staff were extremely helpful n pleasant. Room was spacious & bed very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant with plenty of choice. Cooked breakfast items were very hot. Ideally situated off the motorway.
