Eigentlich waren Preis/ Leistung grob in Ordnung. Unser "Extrawunsch" nach nebeneinanderliegenden Zimmern (hatten wir vor Buchung angefragt) war beim Einchecken leider vergessen, konnte dann aber noch umgesetzt werden. NIcht ok waren falsch angegebene Zeiten für das Frühstück am Wochenende. Auskunft beim Einchecken und im Internet waren falsch, so dass wir (und ein anderer Gast mit den gleichen falschen Angaben) am Abreisetag vor verschlossenen Türen standen. Auf Nachfrage per Mail wurde eine Erstattung des Frühstücksbetrages zunächst abgelehnt, nachdem wir auf die falschen Zeiten auch im Internet hingewiesen hatten, wurde uns die Erstattung zugesagt. Trotz Nachfrage haben wir diese nicht erhalten.

Extrem Dreckig, Spinnen an der Decke, Staub hinter dem Bett, Flecke an allen Möbeln, an der Wand, am Heizkörper, an der Gardine. Nach 2 Tagen Geduld, starkem Jückreiz und gar keine Hilfe seitens des Mitarbeiters an der Information fühlt man sich gezwungen anderes Hotel zu suchen. Und für diesen Dreck verlangt man 90 Euro pro Nacht, weil gerade in der Stadt Kongress wäre. Finger weg davon! Noch nie so was erlebt.

Super nett und günstig, Familienbetrieb, alte und neue Zimmer mit Bad und WC und TV, ganz unamerikanisch und persönlich, der junge Wirt spielt Klavier, Busverbingungen in alle Richtungen vor dem Haus, damit kommt man nach Wiesbaden City in 10 min...
