Really lovely reception area, staff were great during book in, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, spacious and warm. Just what we wanted for our one night stay. Didn't visit the bar or restaurant as was with my 12 year old Son but the menu looked excellent and the bar area looked pleasant. Plenty of nice flat car parking spaces. Would definitely visit again!

One night stay on the way to Scotland and was a good place to stop off. Goid choice of evening meal and breakfast next morning. Room was clean and comfy. Staff were helpful. This would be a good bases for visiting Liverpool or the surrounding area

I phoned this morning to enquire about disabled access and was greeted by Katie who was extremely friendly, kind, informative & most helpful, to say this was only Katie's third shift our questions were answered with great clarity and if unsure Katie went and found out. It was from my initial phone call & a second conversation with The Hotel Manager Angie that put all our minds at ease and we booked a family room for the 3 of us for February 2025. We can not wait to meet and stay at The Everglades Hotel thanks to Katie & Angie. Ken Room 124

Stayed just one night as a stop on the way to holiday. Warm welcome from staff with lots of helpful info right from the get go- The hotel is great. Rooms were clean. food was lovely. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay!

The hotel was very clean, good food, extremely helpful, happy staff and the whole place had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The manageress is both experienced and has a lovely personality that transferred throughout the hotel. Would definitely return again.

Stayed here recently and had a lovely experience. Greeted by David, who was very pleasant, polite and cheerful gentleman. Went straight to the bar, where we were then greeted by Jim, James on a Sunday, and had exactly the same as David. These two made our stay perfect. I asked my partner to get married on our stay, and both David and Jim showed as much excitement as we did. It may not be everybody's place to stay, it's not Michelin starred or a 5 star hotel, but the staff in our case made it just feel like one.

I had planned a special 3 day mini break for myself and my partner. Booked a suite, early check in, afternoon tea, dinner, unlimited drinks etc. Our car broke down on the motorway and we had to wait hours for a recovery vehicle. We eventually arrived at the hotel after 11pm. I was so upset as I had been looking forward to our trip. Informed the hotel what was happening. They were so kind and put together a lovely platter of sandwiches, crisps, fresh fruit and wine which we had after we had settled in. Tom who was on duty when we arrived was so kind, helping us with our luggage to our room and then serving us the food and wine. We were so overwhelmed by all the staff. I would like to say a special thank you to the General Manager Angela who really went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything. Our Suite was amazing, so big and comfy and I loved the His and Hers Bathrooms. The Breakfast and Dinner were so tasty and the staff in the restaurant and bar so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you again and we will be back. Barbara and Alexander

Fantastic stay at The Everglades for the All Inclusive break, all food was made fresh and tasted delicious, all the staff were so lovely polite and nothing was too much trouble! Especially the lovely Bar Man Tony, he made our night! Thanks so much xx
