總體感覺非常不錯，前台的小姐姐比較客氣和禮貌，旁邊餐館的服務員素質也比較高，對待顧客還是非常禮貌的，那天早上趕飛機，讓服務員安排打包，她們非常配合。如果要去Heerbrugg附近出差的遊客或商務人士，可以優先選擇那裡，酒店不配拖鞋，需要問下就會提供。

Hotelli on tyylikäs, rauhallinen, siisti ja erittäin hienostunut. Vastaanottaja osasi muutaman sanan jopa suomea. Saimme ison huoneen jossa kaikki mahdolliset mukavuudet. Ainut, mitä kaipasin, oli pienempi tyyny. Koska hotelli on NIIN hienostunut, niin ainut, mitä voisi ehdottaa kehittämiseksi, olisivat pehmeät isot pyyheliinat.
