Powerscourt Hotel, Autograph Collection

This is an amazing hotel in a great location, perfect for chilling out and relaxing. The breakfast was great and the drinks were fantastic. My only criticism would be that there is no casual dining option (burger, sandwiches, etc). I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed in the hotel as part of my boyfriend’s birthday. We had a wonderful stay, our room was upgraded which of course we were very happy about! There was a birthday card and a cake in the room for him too. The hotel was spotless, food in the silka restaurant was top class right down to the tea and coffee. Staff so helpful and obliging. Breakfast was perfect, so many delicious options and the honey was 👌🏽 we are already looking forward to visiting again.

The two-night stay was a treat for our 50th wedding anniversary. We arrived early for check-in and it was not a problem for the check-in staff. Very professional and efficient. We stayed in the classic deluxe room. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the pillows - wow. Breakfast was outstanding. We opted for the standard buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit was outstanding. The cooked breakfast was superb. Again the staff was very pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. We had booked the summer soiree package that included a 50 euro meal credit for dining. The meal in the Sally Gap bar & Brasserie was again very good. Could not fault it. Roast Atlantic cod and slow-cooked feather blade of beef were cooked to perfection. Staff again excellent. Brian the concierge was very professional. He asked were we staying for any special occasion. He asked for our room number and on our return to the room later on the first day, a beautiful presentation of chocolate-dipped strawberries and cake on a heart-shaped platter was delivered to our room.
