Sofa and chair was very old and dirty, it seems all come from second hand market!
Very bad experience is we check out at 9am, my flight was 6pm, we would like to keep luggage at the hotel until 3pm as we need to go out to meet customers, not convenient to carry so many luggage.
This hotel does NOT provide any luggage service, the supervisor said no this service and asked us to put all luggage in the lobby’s public area without any tag and said it is not responsible for this. I asked whether can keep our luggage at their storage room (where I see there are lots of space), he rejected!
Anyway, this is my first time to leave comment because of very BAD experience.
This is my first time to stay and also the last time to stay.
Even it is free to stay in the next time, I MUST not stay again!
