The Hotel itself was decent however the staff was very rude I ended up losing my deposit due the opinion of the staff members saying that my room smelled like smoke when I smoked every time in the designated smoking area I Hilton to no avail however the breakfast was on point major selection of pretty much whatever breakfast food from omelettes croissants waffles cereal hot cereal biscuits and gravy. But they were rude.

I try to stay here every time I'm in wichita. Always clean, good breakfast.

Our ac unit kept making terrible noises which made sleeping difficult. Front desk lady screamed at a pool full of kids to be quiet in front of the parents which was disturbing.

5 star very clean, friendly. The only thing I would say is during the weekend have the breakfast bar open until 10am.

Last Sunday, my family relocated to Wichita, and before moving into our new place, we needed a hotel for the night. We booked a hotel through a tour agency, but when we arrived, there was a problem—the third party had provided the wrong virtual card number, preventing the hotel from processing the payment. Just when things seemed complicated, the hotel manager stopped by. He went above and beyond to help us, working tirelessly to resolve the issue. In the end, the third party contacted the hotel with the correct information, and everything was sorted out. The warm welcome and kindness we received from the manager and the team made this experience unforgettable. It was such a great start to our new journey in Wichita! A huge thank you to this incredible hotel owner and the team for their hospitality!
