I arrived having to wait 35 minutes for check in. Finally i called the 0000 number, because there was a sign up saying they were helping someone else, when in fact they were behind the door the whole time. There was no friendliness or good customer service the person behind the desk seemed like she didn't even want to be there. Walking down the halls, smelled of cigarette and **** smoke. The room was not clean, and reeked of smoke. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again.

The room was clean and warm. My only complaint is NO SHOWER CURTAINS.
I HAD TO GO COMMANDO-- the water was nice.

Nice area it looks like a lot is coming up surrounding it gas station in walking distance they do make you pay for changing towels which was my only complaint staff was nice and welcoming if you need a nice place to stay on a budget this fits the bill

The staff is what makes this place great. Always smiling and willing to help. Extended stays always have their ups and downs but I would stay here again anytime I'm in town. Even when I had an issue overnight and the front desk couldn't fix it the they were able to get a hold of the manager who was able to fix it and happy to help. Props to this whole team, and keep up the great work!!!
