Not comfy or pleasant smelling room
My room smelled like animal feces and urine. The bed was not comfortable and I chose your hotel based on a very high rating.

Had to really work with the shower valve on the tub faucet to get the shower to work.
Didn't know they no longer provided hangers, you need to provide your own.
Staff is friendly.
If you don't have your own transportation,a Mexican restaurant close-by is the only place to get food except for their vending machines

The room was nice, clean & comfortable. The kitchenette included a dishwasher, dishes & silverware. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower was really low. Overall, my stay was nice.

The staff members were friendly and some were extra helpful, but they were mostly a little casual about getting things done.
The hotel was shabby and rather grubby, boasting tired old carpets, dust 'in the corners', towel rails pulled off the bathroom walls, a leaky fridge, limited TV stations, poorly maintained parking lot, and so on. It was not expensive, which was one of the reasons I chose it for an extended stay in the first place; however, the ******* reviews lead me to believe that it would be better than I found it. I checked out after a week instead of staying for the three weeks I had originally booked. Disappointing.

This hotel is in a great location. Our check-in was easy. Our room looked nice and clean. Our mattress was broke down and very uncomfortable. I would recommend this hotel replace mattresses when they are broken down.
