There was a mix-up on our arrival date but the staff was very accommodating and got everything fixed up. We didn't get the larger room, but that was okay. In the morning's, Chris worked hard and was super nice and friendly. Places need more people like Chris. Plenty of parking Now for the things that weren't so good. The vent in bathroom disgustingly dirty. Breakfast nothing too exciting. Eggs, sausage patties, some bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, plus the usual bagels, toast, juices, fruits, oatmeal, cereal, milk, and coffee. The dining area was small. TV didn't work Saturday night. Took them almost an hour to get back to me and there was nothing they could do but they suggested they give me a number to call for help. Not sure why I should have to call someone. I decided to take a closer look at the cable box closer and found that the cleaning people had somehow unplugged it. Bathroom is on a motion sensor that takes forever to timeout and the switch is hard to slide. AC unit has no louvers so it blows directly on you when you're sitting on the couch. The toilet would periodically keep running and you'd have to flush it a few times to get it working correctly again. We hung up towels but they were changed anyway, but for some reason the bed wasn't made. The base of the tub slippery. I nearly fell twice. The hot & cold water on the tub were reversed. My first time using it, I couldn't figure out why it was taking so long and the water was still cold.
