I stay here anytime we are in wichita for buisness very nice clean hotel. However only complaint i have is the morning guy at the front desk he always has excuses why I cant get my receipts or anything you need from front desk seems like he just doesn't wanna do his job only problem I have had

The room was very clean, with the exception of some long hair stuck in the carpet in places. The bathroom was clean, and the towels were clean. Breakfast was decent and had a good selection of items. The only downfall was the morning desk staff, a woman who had a horrible hacking cough, which we had to listen to throughout breakfast every day. She seemed so contagious that we decided not to ask her about the items we had requested via the Bonvoy app several days prior to arrival (that were not provided in our room). Overall, good place to stay for a few weeknights.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at your Wichita establishment from April 5th to May 3rd. My visit was for work on a government contract, and I extended my reservation weekly as per your policy. Throughout my stay, I maintained the cleanliness of my room (Room 103), regularly changing linens, replacing towels, and vacuuming. I have video documentation to support this. On April 26th, I encountered difficulty obtaining fresh towels, ultimately having to purchase replacements myself. This was an inconvenience, but I addressed it without complaint. However, on May 2nd, my attempt to extend my stay was met with unacceptable treatment. The manager abruptly informed me that I needed to vacate the premises, suggesting I was misusing the hotel and insinuating homelessness. This accusation was deeply offensive and unprofessional, especially considering my consistent payment history and the fact that I have previously stayed in extended-stay accommodations without incident. While I provided my government identification upon request, the manager's subsequent apology felt insincere and did not address the underlying disrespect and potential discriminatory implications of his actions. The manager’s behavior was unacceptable, creating a humiliating and disrespectful environment. I believe a thorough investigation into this matter is warranted. I expect a formal apology and a review of your staff's training on appropriate guest interaction and the avoidance of discriminatory practices. Sincerely, Angela Johnson

This hotel has the best offerings for free breakfast that I have seen at this price point. Fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels and they also offer toppings such as salsa, guacamole and shredded cheese. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly.

Loved the stay, the facility was quiet and perfectly located for interstate access. It would have been nice if there were some breakfast bars and coffee for those of us departing before the late breakfast start time.
