The hotel was rundown and dirty - from water running down the wall in the hallway, to the elevator making terrible noises and smelling like burning rubber, to yellow droplets splattered on our bedroom door. Many things were broken. Breakfast was cheap and terrible.

Buyer beware! The place is filthy. "Steps away from Century' 2" is actually a mile. Business center is non-functional. Room furnishings are broken and filthy, stained, and hygenically suspicious. Staff was unresponsive.

Mike was the greatest Front desk to change the perspetive, and honestly the nicest person I’ve met in the hospitality industry. We stayed here for a night and the front desk service was super sweet and kind about every question we had.

Positive: spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite. The hot water temperature was the only way I felt safe taking a shower. The ability to check in very late... Opportunities: While checking in, a man was trying to get in the lobby, luckily a key was needed and that prohibited him from entering. Run down, smelly, dump! I went to the store and bought air freshners to make our quick stay tolerable. Mattress was stained, I was told there was nothing that could be done. The tub faucet was detaching, I was told that was part of the renovation and all of the rooms were like this AND regardless there were no rooms. The sink started to back up into the floor over night...NOTHING could be done until maintenance arrived 2 hours later. Maintenance arrived and told me they were sorry... DON'T STAY HERE!

This hotel was awesome. The staff was friendly, you can't beat the location, and the rooms are so unique and beautiful. I will definitely stay here again.

I’m going back to this hotel never ever again so bad smell all 2nd floor whole way through the room I should sleep in my car and when I try to check out no one is there waiting for so long to many homeless people in parking lot so scary I recommend no one book in this hotel
