Very disappointed in this hotel. My first time here and was recommended this hotel. Won’t be going back in my visit next month and future visits. The Pool was out of order and was not told that during booking. I had two days I was planning on using it. The shuttle service to the hotel was discontinued the day before I arrived and was not disclosed that when booking. Had to spend money on an uber. It was dirty and not taken care of . It is less than desirable for the price. I would have stayed at another place and will be doing so for the coming months. Notes all over the door of what’s not working. The positive is the breakfast !!

This place has become a dump. I have stayed here may times over the past 10 years for business in Wichita. It has gone downhill to the point that when I arrived on July 7th, I honestly thought it was out of business. Place is surrounded by weeds. Things were tagged “out of order”. Entry doors would not open with room key. Just ghetto.

The bed was very comfortable soft. The pillows were adequate but a little on the small side. The breakfast was awesome. It was a great value for the price. The breakfast included eggs, eggs with ham sausage waffles. They had two waffle irons.

The concerns I had could vary depending on the room that you stay in. The ice machine was broken on the second floor and the water was slow to drain in the shower. The employees were friendly. Breakfast was hot and had several choices.

Excellent customer service! Staff was very attentive and provided great customer service. Breakfast was really good the kids enjoyed the waffles. The room was clean and everything worked properly in the guest room. Overall I had a wonderful stay and look forward to staying at your property again.

The breakfast biscuits were cold eggs had no flavor. Our television did not work, I called the front desk and a young man came to the room changed the batteries in the remote. This did not fix the issue. He left saying he would be back and never showed again. The outlet for the desk lamp had a short in it. No chair for the desk. The staff just went through the motions not friendly at all.

We always try to stay at this hotel when needing overnight accommodations in Wichita. It is very easy to get to (just off Kellogg) and convenient to other locations that we are visiting. The breakfast is a nice option too!
