We stayed here for a night on our way home to Arizona. I particularly like Tru hotels because they are always clean and very efficient with their rooms and the quality of their services. This Tru was no exception. It was very nice. The staff were all very friendly. Our room was clean and well lit, also nice and dark when it was time to sleep. My only complaint would be the room next to us was super loud. I don't believe this is the hotel's fault it was the people. Breakfast was fine. The area was well maintained and clean.

The Breakfast is the best I've ever seen. Plenty of options and very nice. The room itself has no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no microwave, no closet (a rod to hang clothes on.) A small fridge with no freezer. They do have 24 hr coffee and you can get a bucket from the front desk, but not convenient comforts like home. The streaming TV only lets you stream what they want you to. (Besides being able to login to Netflix) You tube only brings up Hilton videos, and the live TV is very limited. This is a very clean hotel. The shower was really great water pressure. The toiletries were attached to the wall, hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. It is also noisy with people above us just walking around. The parking is AWFUL. Even early in the evening it was hard to find a parking place close by. The parking lot is shared with other hotels. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were mediocre. We stayed for 4 nights and used the pool. It was small and outdoors. The price was well over what we were used to paying for a room with very little comforts from home. Hilton can do better on the rooms and comfort while you're away from home. It was a pain to go downstairs so often for things that we usually have in the room. We had family that stayed .5 mile away and more accommodations in their room for a much cheaper rate. This was a letdown for us as we are owners of HGV and expect more. Next time I will check out more thoroughly before booking.

Hard to review this, cause I just don’t get a hotel that doesn’t have space for luggage. Go figure. But I guess if you’re blowing thru town for a night and bring in a change of clothes… it works. You have about a four foot section to hang stuff, and bring a duffel for incidentals. But it’s clean.., very.,,, bright,,, very and an communal area that is spacious and inviting. Nice enough of a morning breakfast and well managed, to get you going. Late checkout as well made me happy. I would be there more than a night or 2 myself, but they have an adjoining suite hotel if you want more. The neighborhood is college and there are good nearby restaurants. Short drive off 287 if your just moving thru town.

I was pleasantly surprised as this was the first time that I visited this brand by Hilton. The lobby was wide and spacious, housing a large breakfast room, lounge area with pool table, and nice snack store. The room was compact, which was OK for me since I was traveling solo and only had a carry on and backpack (for those traveling with a spouse or family or just want extra space, this property also houses a Home2 Suites). However, the room was nicely and efficiently decorated, including a mini refrigerator (no microwave) and plenty of outlets for chargers and USB ports. The bathroom, on the other hand, was more spacious. My only complain is that all soap and shampoo containers are fixed to the wall and of the squeeze operation, which to me does not feel very hygienic. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer the individual bar of soap and small shampoo bottles. The breakfast was excellent and had hot and cold options to satisfy most tastes. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

From the outside this place looks great. Inside is bright and cheerful. Rooms are very small, but clean. Decor is modern. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! Parking was a nightmare as we had to park at the hotel lot next door. There were no restaurants nearby. However the included breakfast was very good. So to balance its pluses and minuses, I had to rate it a 3.
