This is hands down the best hotel in Wichita Falls! I always have a great experience. Getting the jucuzzi suite tonight. Breakfast is out of this world! Swimming pool, hot tub, and business center is awesome also! Way to go Hilton! I chose Homewood suites every time.

Dirty and not accommodating. Bathroom was gross. Beds were gross. I pointed this out to front desk and asked to just have a swim after my long work day but was refused. Roach in the front room. Front desk did not care. Like it was a normal issue. Will not go to again.

The staff at this hotel was very helpful and friendly. However, the first room they put me in every light in the room was on and the AC didn’t work. The bathroom sink would not drain. They moved me to another room and again the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. When I tried to get back in my room to leave the door lock would not work. I had to stand in the hall while they changed batteries. This is supposed to be done on a regular basis. There’s a little lake next to the hotel that’s nice. In the bathroom, the grout was coming up out of the floor in places and I stepped on a piece of grout in the middle of night. Hurt! Should have been re-grouted along time ago. Hotel shows its age, but let me say again the staff was great!

When I walked in the lobby the hotel looked lovely but my room is far from it. The sockets and bottles on the wall are crocked, the ceiling fan is caked in dust, the ceiling either has current water damage or previous water damage that was not repaired correctly, the shower floor is literally cracked and coming off and the pillows are going completely flat. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if even half the rooms look like this.

Great hotel. Comfortable, beautiful views, great staff, wonderful service. The room was well appointed, very clean, had plenty of space and I can’t find enough adjectives to describe how wonderful and professional the staff is.

Stayed here with the family during Thanksgiving week. Extremely dirty (especially bed linen) and noisy like hell (hvac and neighbor tv). Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of alternative/better options in the area.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite. Every bit of the room was adequately furnished. I would say that the room does not get many occupants or has a lot, one or the other. The bed was hard, and the pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable to just sit on. However, the overall room did not disappoint for the price and being a suite. Large two room suite, separate shower and jetted tub, with Privet toilet. Was the class expected when staying at a Hilton. Staff was very accommodating especially Sarah on the afternoon desk. When we return, we will be staying here again. My wife especially liked not eating on plastic disposable dish wear. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location. Quiet. Super front desk staff. We’ve been coming here for years. Room furniture getting very tired and worn. Bed upon check in appeared mussy — not well made — made us wonder if fresh sheets were used. We should have said something but did not. Did not try complementary breakfast.
