This is a review of the B&B business. There is a separate Tripadvisor for the restaurant. The management of the place is well done and the staff are intelligent and diligent. Breakfast was excellent. The room is not large, and decorated in shabby-chic style which is cute. The wifi was almost non-existent at 2.81 Mbps and we had to log on elsewhere even to read our online newspaper. In "Bartlett" there is a deep bath (hooray) but no grab rail and we were unwilling to risk a fall, so we couldn't bath or shower during our three night stay.

We (my two adult daughters and myself) just came back from a 12 night stay in the UK. We went to 9 hotels, and this was our favorite! It was so quiet and peaceful there with no outside noise. The setting was beautiful with lots of outside dining spaces. The rooms were nice and the staff was super sweet. Breakfast was amazing with large, cook to order options. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Lovely accomodation, amazing out of this world food and friendly staff We are pescatarian and 4 out of 8 mai course options we could have which was huge choice Breakfast quite likely the best hotel breakfast we can remember Highly recommend. Inn beautifully kept Parking plentiful but no EV charging but fast charger 2 miles away

Great breakfast. Easy parking.
Very clean, great bedroom and bed sadly let down by the bathroom. Gap under door made it pointless being there and nowhere to put anything down, a tooth mug on wall would have helped. Overall good for short stays only. Breakfast and staff were superb.
