Baymont by Wyndham Whitewater

When I pulled down the covers, I noticed something that looked like a scab or booger. looking closer, I noticed hairs and pulled the covers down more. I counted 11 hairs, some long and some *****. I told the front desk, and they apologized and changed the sheets. We left a pair of sandals and called the hotel. They said they would mail them to us for $35. When they arrived, I saw the actual shipping cost was $18. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager. I said I didn't think we should have to pay the additional added shipping cost since they hadn't changed our sheets. The manager said it was their policy to charge more to cover their extra time to put them in a box and go to the post office. I said I didn't think we should have to pay an additional cost because they had given us a room with dirty sheets and wanted to talk to them before I wrote a review. The manager said the extra shipping fees was their policy and they took care of the sheets and to go ahead and write my review. Basic hotel, Breakfast was OK, had Styrofoam cups and plates. I have never been to a hotel that hadn't changed the sheets. The hotel price is low but I would never stay there again.

My room was very musty smelling. When you opened the door the room smell was over powering. My daughter was in the room next door hers also smelled but not as bad. Plus she had ants. I asked the front desk for a refund and was told only management could do that. I have not heard anything from them. Very sad.

You get what you pay for Vending machines are completely empty and not even plugged in. If the remote for the TV worked the TV it was above my college education. Dark and dismal overall. Picking up son for summer from UWW. Chose hotel over communal bathroom. Should have done the dorm.

There was a plastic cup from the people before us under the rocking chair. The door in between our room and our neighbor's allowed us to hear everything they said and what was playing on their TV and knowing that, we didn't feel a sense of privacy since they could hear the same. The worst part of this stay was when we got back to the hotel at night and saw police knocking on someone's window and saw police officers knocking on that same room's door 4 doors down from us. The door was then sawed into around 1am and we could not fall asleep because of the noise and worrying about what was going on a few doors down. After that awful night we do not plan on coming back here again.

Close to Whitewater University. Clean room. Limited breakfast items but better that nothing. Reasonable rate, I would stay here again.

The outside doors were never locked regardless what time we came in. When we came in the place was almost vacant yet we were given a room in the back of the property and asked to drive around and park in the back because it was closest to our room. We followed instructions felt insulated! It was pouring rain no cover and to be honest scarey back there. I refused to leave my car back there and moved it to the front. We never used that entrance again but found a side entrance which was just as close. We had reservations for a week. Never will I stay there again.
