The Turtle Creek Hotel was very nice. The room was very nice with a big TV. We had a good view from the 7th floor. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Staff was polite. We had a great stay, besides the Buffet, which was terrible. We would stay in the hotel again but we will go somewhere else to eat! Big waste of money!

A clean, nicely decorated hotel with pretty views of farms and rolling hills off the back. Stayed on top floor and it was quiet. We didn’t request daily house keeping, but they did come by with fresh towels and to empty trash. We also did not go to the ******. It is located minutes from the horse show grounds and 25 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our one night stay here to celebrate a birthday. Dinner at Bourbons 72 was delicious and we watched the sunset from our balcony. We enjoyed some games at the ****** and even won some. Our night was comfortable, clean and quiet. I love the artwork around the hotel and the lounge chair was really nice in the room too.

Very nice ******. As a whim we were driving by and decided to stop. Nice clean ******. Played some slots and bought some used decks of cards in the gift shops for 50 cents a deck. There were multiple floors that we did not visit Wish we could have stayed longer

I travel with a 6lb Service Dog. We have been to Turtle Creek twice this summer and both times, my dog and I were treated with the utmost respect. This means so much to me. Unfortunately, there have been times when I have felt harassed by employees that are not familar with ADA laws. So, from the bottom of my heart, I thank the management and staff at Turtle Creek. The ****** was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We even won a little bit of money!

my.wife and i checked in on tuesday june the 6th for a 2 day stay. we went to town and returned at about 3:00 p.m. The next dayThe room was not cleaned, there were no clean plastic glasses and there was no coffee for in the morning.After speaking with the front desk about this, they said that the rooms were only cleaned every three days. when we checked in no one mentioned that. They said that there was a sign in the room telling aout this. after searching the room we found a 3'by 2" note hiden on the back of a night stand. The manager(Mike) tried to buy off my displeasure with a free sandwich.Don't go. I will never do it again

First of all, if you are going to stay at this hotel you must know this before entering the hotel. If you are going to Stay More Than One (1) Night you will not receive housekeeping service until after the third day. They will not tell you this when you check into their hotel. They hand the room keys to you and in that key folder is a small business card letting you know this in very small print. You will have to gather all your garbage and towels every day and call and request new towels and garbage pick up and new garbage liners. You Must round everything up for them to take it away.

We had intended to stay 3 nights having prepaid an exorbitant nightly rate of $295.a night. The hotel was literally deserted with no housekeeping of rooms. Fortunately, we were able to cancel the third night. We have stayed at the Turtle Creek Hotel for decades, but will never stay there again. There is an old saying -- fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Visited to see the re model of the rooms which are very nice however found most of the visit extremely disappointing to say the least. Tried to check in at 3:45 nope gotta wait until 4. Went on a Wednesday to take advantage of First Responders Program and take wife to a nice birthday dinner however discount not applied. ****** closes at midnight and reopens at 10am …which means room service only for breakfast with forced service fee plus forced gratitude. A simple cocktail on the floor was $11.50 maybe be competitive with a bar but not other casinos. Not expecting to come home wealthy but expected a nice experience. Would not recommend more value in Standish, Island, really most other in the state
