Oak Park Inn

Host was friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to and the grounds are great. Room was nice and clean and had everything you would expect for a stay. Will definitely be going back next year. Thank you, Linda.

Never again My son and I walked into the office and explained we have a reservation. Showed her my phone and she said "NO YOU DON'T". I have been booked for a year. She looked again and said I guess I have to give it to you. She was complaining about all these damn websites and how she's going to remove her place from them all. She charged my card. She gave us the keys. The following morning my son saw her and she said "oh you guy's didn't burn the place down". My son is 19, arm tattoos and braids. I'm a normal looking dude, bald with a gotee. No excuse for being rude and disrespectful. When you run a business you treat all guests with common courtesy and respect. Your guests are the ones that pay your wage. Regardless of how you feel about someone, treat others how you want to be treated. I believe she is genuinely a good person. Beautiful property. She didn't even introduce herself. Found out her name was Linda

We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Sit outside and drink coffee in the morning. Very peaceful

What a lovely little place. They allowed our dog to join us and she asked us if we needed anything from the grocery store while she was out. We would definitely stay there again.

My 16 year old son and I stayed in Whitehall for a hunting trip over Thanksgiving and found the hotel online. I’ve stayed in the area for the past four years with mixed results but the Oak Park Inn far exceeded my expectations. First, the owner Linda is simply a wonderful innkeeper. So nice and willing to share tips on where to eat and pick up supplies. She even gave us some coupons for a local restaurant and plates and silverware to use for our Thanksgiving dinner we picked up to eat back at the room after a full day of hunting! She always has a smile on her face and a friendly conversation to be had. The room was really spacious, cute and clean and had everything from a full range of tv channels to enjoy the holiday weekend sporting events to a strong Wi-Fi. The room had everything we wanted-large refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs, coffee, lots of soft towels and great hot water for those warming showers after a long day in the cold woods. I’ll definitely be back!!

Quite place, beautiful grounds & friendly Innkeeper. Extremely clean & comfy with a homey feel. We drove 1150 miles to visit family in Whitehall & this place made our stay very relaxing. We stayed 2 nights in room 5 & would definitely stay again on our next trip! Outrights tavern has great food & flatbread & is a must try while in the area! Kwiktrip had awesome doughnuts!
