Went for evening meal with my parents. Good atmosphere due them having a car event where multiple people with various cars & motorbikes came. Food was good and would certainly go again.

Brilliant pub, staff are always friendly and eager to make your experience a good one. Food is always great and you can tell how clean the lines are from the quality of the pints. They do themed nights, quiz night on Wednesday is always a laugh Definitely recommend if you are in Hartford.

We love this place, the food and service is always great (definitely the best vegan menu in Hartford and some of the best vegan food in Northwich). Lovely to find an independently owned pub who aren't restricted by breweries menus. Haven't been in for a few weeks but will make an effort to pop in soon!

Attended a wake following a funereal and the meal was a choice from the set menu. Whilst not a huge choice there was enough to choose from. I had the burger which was lovely and the fish and chips were good as was the meat pie with veg. Also a choice of cheesecake or crumble. Staff was friendly and helpful and it would be somewhere that I would recommend for food .

Check in ok. The room requires a lot of updating. Tired floors, dirty blanket, noise is a big issue as the door sits right on the car park,the doors themselves are a curious choice. Not composite which would reduce noise, they have taken out internal door which could help with noise reduction! Shower although hot enough is tiny no where to put any toiletries. The TV? use that term loosely is just odd! My tablet screen is bigger. Poor wi-fi. Lack of investment such a shame.

Went in for a couple of drinks with a few friends on a Sunday afternoon to watch the fa cup match. I think the place is trying to be more of a restaurant than a local pub. The football was on but some little madam behind the bar refused to put the volume on. No atmosphere. Such a shame as it was a decent local pub back in its day. Try training the staff in customer service at the least.

Had a really nice lunch with friends. The food was homemade to order. Homemade scones were amazing. Really friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit. We'll be back. The place is clean and well laid out. Good choice of meals. Good value for money

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Staff really friendly and their Sunday Roasts are at a high quality. Really busy for a Sunday evening! Will be going back! Full of friendly and local people. A place for everyone. Owners are engaging and deliver great service.

Really really good. Just opposite Hartford Station with a great choice of lovely food. Nicely furnished, great meals including Sunday Roasts. Lots of parking and greatly improved in recent years. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well laid out seating wise
