Really enjoyed our stay at this historically significant hotel on the Pearl River! We stayed on the 27th floor and had gorgeous views of the river all the way down to the CBD (the pictures don’t do it justice). Rooms are recently renovated - large and clean. Walking distance to Beijing Road and many other attractions. Also very conveniently located on the metro line which is only a 3 minute walk away. Helpful staff also graciously allowed us to check-out a bit late. Highly recommended hotel!

I cannot say enough how great the stay at the Asia International Hotel.  I arrived in a panic because I was 40RMB short for my long hour and a half taxi ride, but the concierge Ricky came out to the taxi and paid the remainder from his very own money.  I was then able to exchange Australian dollars for Chinese RMB and pay Ricky back.  Things like this do not happen.  The whole staff were amazing and ever so helpful.  I only stayed 1 night but the breakfast was absolutely so extensive and so enjoyable in the restaurant on the 45th floor where you could view a 360 view of the whole of Guangzhou.  We will definitely be staying at the Asia International Hotel the next time we are in Guangzhou.  Thank you so very much.

This truly is an established hotel that left a lasting impression on me. The front desk was managed by a slim, handsome gentleman whose attitude was incredibly gracious and accommodating, answering every question I had. My first impression was absolutely wonderful!

Upon entering the room, a sweet, milky, and fresh fragrance immediately enveloped me, yet it was far from cloying! It smelled absolutely divine, instantly uplifting my mood. What truly surprised and delighted me was that this subtle, long-lasting aroma seemed to emanate directly from the walls! Simply exquisite.

The room was incredibly spacious, and all the amenities were exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean. This truly is the best hotel I've stayed in all year! The comfort factor was elevated to its peak when, after a relaxing evening bath, I wrapped myself in the huge, thick, and wonderfully soft bath towel. Pure bliss! That towel definitely deserves a special mention.

The hotel boasts a beautiful garden-style design, situated right by the river... it's simply breathtaking! The photos I've included were even taken from my bedside, showing off the stunning view!

The Chinese cuisine at the hotel was also delicious!

My final shout-out goes to the single armchair by the window 😀... Once you sink into it, you absolutely won't want to get up – it's the ultimate 'lie-flat' feeling, pure relaxation! 😂

The hotel room wasn't particularly large, and the decor was a bit dated, but it was still comfortable. It boasts a superb location, right next to the Friendship Store and a large shopping mall, with Guangzhou Zoo just a short stroll away. The toiletries were decent. The buffet breakfast was acceptable, served on the 30th floor, offering beautiful views of Guangzhou's old town.

A pleasant surprise was that because I needed to wait for a guest, I requested a late checkout until 3 PM from the front desk, and to my surprise, it was approved! This saved me from having to kill time after lunch and allowed me to enjoy a leisurely lie-in. Overall, a very good hotel, highly recommended. 👍👍👍

Good service. We got upgraded to a 1.8 bed. Also, the receptionist  extended our check out time from 12pm to 2pm. Great location. Will stay again if we do come by  this vicinity.

This is a hotel with history and located at a historical area, but well maintain and higher than my expectation (coz it aged). I like the Canton restaurant next the hotel, especially ”Yam Cha” , compare to my experience in Malaysia and Singapore.
However, it has one downside. It was a raining day when I reach hotel, but it is limited drop-off point on the door, and many car stop on it to waiting passenger. The most problem is hotel didn't arrange someone or doorman to shelter the guest from the rain, I has to run out myself and take my luggage from the Taxi. I hope will improve it.
Overall, it is a good experience with the hotel but has a small problem on the service. Worth of money and will recommend the other.

I had been dreaming of experiencing the Bihai Building at Yingbin Hotel for a long time. During this stay, I was incredibly lucky as the hotel upgraded me to a Lingnan Supreme King Room, also in the Bihai Building.
They say 'Yingbin Hotel embodies half of Guangzhou's history,' and it truly lives up to that. The Museum of the Nanyue King's Tomb, Zhenhai Tower on Yuexiu Hill, and Beijing Road are all conveniently within walking distance. Along the winding alleys of Zhongshan 6th Road, you'll discover numerous local eateries and snack shops that have been staples for over a decade – the truly authentic kind, not just the 'internet-famous' spots.
After a day of exploring and indulging in local treats, returning to the hotel offers a tranquil retreat. The sight of an ancient pagoda bathed in the soft, slanting sunlight is truly captivating and deeply soothing for both mind and body.

Prior to check-in, as an overseas resident, I realized I had forgotten my identification documents and had to rush to obtain temporary ones. I am profoundly grateful to every member of the hotel team that day for their proactive involvement and seamless coordination, which successfully resolved my predicament. In my hurried state, I regrettably didn't catch any of your names, but I want to reiterate my sincere thanks for your active and considerate assistance. Thank you!

This hotel is beautifully nestled within the historic architectural complex of Shamian Island, right next to the picturesque Baietan stretch of the Pearl River. The island itself is a delight, with lush ancient trees beautifully complementing its elegant historic buildings, making it a highly popular spot for photos and social media check-ins. Getting around is incredibly convenient, with the subway station just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, there's a wide array of dining options nearby, catering to every palate.

The hotel has recently undergone a complete renovation, now showcasing a striking futuristic, sci-fi style, meticulously crafted by a renowned designer. Every detail here truly exudes modern elegance. The room amenities are exceptionally thoughtful; they generously provided 8 bottles of drinking water, and what was an absolute game-changer for me was the mosquito repellent. For someone who's a total mosquito magnet, this was an incredibly considerate and much-appreciated touch – truly a lifesaver!

The location is convenient. It's on Dongfeng Road, just a short walk from Memorial Hall subway station. There are ICBC and Bank of China branches right outside the hotel, which is handy for banking. I booked a business king room and used a Ctrip upgrade benefit. However, I didn't notice much difference after the upgrade – the room wasn't bigger, though it might have been on a higher floor. Complimentary fruit and soft drinks were provided. Food delivery can be brought to the room by a robot, which is quite convenient. The bathrobe was very comfortable.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it was sufficient for a basic, balanced meal.

I have to give this hotel a thumbs-up for their service! During my stay, I needed to print a document, and the front desk immediately took care of it, carefully checking the format. Later, I realized I forgot my charger, so the staff went out of their way to find a compatible one for me to borrow. They didn't shy away from the unexpected request, but proactively addressed it. This professional and reliable service is a real plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It truly deserves its five-star rating!

That afternoon, we made a last-minute decision to cancel our original hotel booking, thinking it would be more convenient to stay on Paifang Street given the rainy weather. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Firstly, its prime location right on Paifang Street makes it incredibly convenient to walk to several major attractions. Secondly, the design is full of thoughtful details, and the hotel feels very new as it hasn't been open long. Every staff member, from the butler to the front desk and restaurant staff, was incredibly friendly! Initially, after reading some reviews, I was a bit concerned about potential street noise. However, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor, and based on my family's experience, aside from a brief minute or two of noticeable noise from the street below around 9 AM, we didn't hear any other street noise at all during our stay. P.S. A minor suggestion for improvement: perhaps because we are a family of four, the waste bins in both the bathroom and the room were a bit on the small side for our needs.

We arrived before the check-in time (11am) thinking to store our luggage at the reception, but the receptionist told us the rooms were ready and was kind enough to check us in early, which was a pleasant surprise :D The rooms were nice and clean, no smell of smoke, stable WiFi connection.  The rainfall shower head was a bit leaky, but the regular one works fine.  It was a little tricky to get the water to the right temperature, but with some trial and error it's not a big problem.  The hotel is located conveniently near the Seven Star Crags (just a tunnel away from the Paifang square), and there are many shops within walking distance.  Recommended for travellers visiting Zhaoqing!

This is arguably the best pet-friendly hotel I've stayed at in the province, boasting an excellent environment and exceptionally warm service. The resort even went as far as building a dedicated new road directly from the highway to its entrance. From the moment we drove in, staff greeted us by name, swiftly assisting with our luggage and taking it straight to our room. The level of service felt comparable to what you'd find at Hoshino Resorts. The room's minibar offered 7-8 types of complimentary soft drinks, and there were also 7-8 varieties of free fresh fruit. All in-room amenities were individually packaged. Staff members always passed by with a smile, exuding a positive and proactive attitude, and they were also incredibly accommodating and friendly towards dogs. There were plenty of activities available, including an infinity pool, paddling, fishing, and vegetable picking, all of which were very well-maintained. Each room is equipped with an induction cooktop, making it perfect for families to bring their own ingredients for an evening BBQ or a 'camping-style' meal. While it's about a 10-minute drive from the hotel if you want to dine out – the local river delicacies and bamboo shoots in Guangning were incredibly delicious – my only minor gripe was that the mattress was exceptionally firm; I actually found the sofa more comfortable for sleeping.
