The room is clean and tidy, the hotel environment is good overall, and the front desk is also very friendly.
Hotels in New York are too expensive. If you don't recommend taking the train, it's a good choice.

It’s a lovely hotel and great location for me. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, specifically the night stand area. It was very dirty behind the nightstand and the way they have the cords hooked to an extension box …. Every time I moved in the bed one plug kept disconnecting. I also found a pair of glasses that did not belong to me. Tells me no one cleaned around that area.

Although I was supposed to have a king size bed, I did not get one. The ac/ heating system was not working and although they sent a service technician to fix it , it didn't work. At check out I told the front desk about the issues they were very apologetic and refunded our destination and parking fees. We have stayed here many times before and we will again.
